Either it doesn't fit you or your saddle is a couple inches too low. You have virtually no seatpost showing.
Also, level out the saddle and bars. Your setup is pretty far off right now.

I have a light attached to the saddle post... which covers about half inch of it. At the setup right now, I can have my legs extended ~90-95% on the bottom of a cycle. And I've been meaning to get my saddle and handlebars leveled...
