I've always been big. I played football in college and never truly lost all the weight. But back around 2000 - 2002 I lost 170lbs. and got to the point where I was doing 60 mile rides, biking 35 miles daily and doing triathlons. I was around 235lbs. In 2008 I was t-boned by a car and spent the next year in physical therapy. I gained so much weight in that time between being layed up, depression and the pain that I ballooned to where I am now. I finally got back on my bike today and I have almost no clothing. That's step 1 at this point. Find a jacket, some shirts and some shoes that fit who I am now.
