Nope, they didn't even produce a Super Grand Prix in '73.
Pretty sure it has to fall in between 1978 and 1981.
I also own a Japanese built SGP which is virtually impossible to date because I can't find a single shred of data from Raleigh on it and only one online reference by another guy that owns one and says he bought it new in 1977.
I believe the serial number is on the bottom bracket and it should give you the build year when you decode it on the Headbadge site.
