Thanks everyone! I'm super stoked to build this sucker up and take it for a nice long ride. I stumbled upon this frame while browsing the Weight Weenies forum and was able to negotiate a decent price with a cool guy from Texas. Sold the old frame set and a wide angle lens that I haven't used in a long while and with minimal out of pocket expense I got it.

Is that a pink fork, or just a red fork in poor lighting?
Yes, the fork is actually pink! Since the frame is commemorating a 100 year anniversary of the Giro and the leaders jersey happens to be pink the color actually makes sense
The color is slightly burned out probably thanks to the Texas sun. If you look closely couple inches below the 3T logo there are 2 lines where the speed sensor might have been attached. That's the original pink.
The paint job is indeed classy and the previous owner took good care of it. Before it gets built I will wax the frame to keep it white longer and make cleaning a bit easier. Better pics to come!
