Jasco Paint and Epoxy Remover. Pretty much the same as aircraft stripper, if not the same thing. They sell it at most hardware stores. In my experience, Velocity's paint comes off fairly easy (comes off and looks like a deflated latex balloon), just use a PLASTIC paint scraper to gently get the paint off. However, Weinmann's paint does not come off that easy. I had to take some steel wool to those things. You should be fine with your B43's, though. Just take apart the rims, and brush a nice coat of the stripper on the rim and let it sit for 15-20 minutes. It should come off nicely the first time, but if it doesn't, don't try scrape the paint off. Just do another coat.

My dad's Deep-V's came out nice. They are also polished, of course.
