From what I've read on your post, it sounds like a good deal of cardio (running, cycling), some good butt work with the squats, and upper body conditioning. However, I didn't read anything that focuses on abs. If abs are your problem spot, you might want to try some exercises that specifically target abs. Though I haven't tried this one yet, it looks interesting:
