Last winter I posted the sad story of a cycling activist who was tragically hit and killed by a driver on Fahy bridge, Bethlehem, Pa. Now another cycling activist is hit on the same bridge. Fortunately he survived the accident and the driver trying to flee the scene was caught with the help of two motorists.
