My exercise for the day was running from the cops.

I was arrested for DUI this afternoon. My passenger got arrested for possession of marijuana. Both of us were taken to jail. After getting out of jail, my friend and I picked up a couple of other guys and went speeding by a parked cop car, yelling at them and flipping them off. The newbie cop gave chase but didn't drive aggressively enough -- I turned off on a dirt road and was able to get far enough ahead of him so that when I stopped my car, those of us in the front seat were able to bail out and flee the scene. So I got some exercise running, plus my heart was already beating pretty fast from the excitement of being chased.

The guys in the back seat of my 2-door Jeep were caught, but they hadn't done anything, so the cop had to let them go. Ha!

Then we did it all over again, but with someone more experienced driving the cop car, showing the recruit how he should be driving. I was still able to run from the scene, but was later discovered hiding in a barn. Back to jail.

Oh -- I'm a reserve officer and this was reality based training for some new recruits before they hit the streets for the first time next week. Unfortunately, I didn't get home in time to ride my bike for the day, but I lifted some weights at home this evening.
