This thread makes me happy to live in California and where I do. Great motorcycle and bicycling roads.

When I started riding I didn't have much of a choice whether or not to do climbs.. not many flat places around me. About a mile from my house is a great 3 mile 800-900ft climb I can go do really quickly if I'm in the mood. I honestly don't like flat riding that much, just climbs and descents.
