It does seem like getting the custom wheel is the way to go. I mean, why risk it? I have the feeling if I don't get it and have to deal with breaking spokes and constant maintanence, I'm only going to get discouraged. I still just don't understand why none of the LBS have been receptive to the idea. If anything, they'd be making more money off me, right?
