If you took the foot path on that bridge, you'd be on foot. It would be irresponsible to try to ride with that many obstacles and pedestrians.
I might have done the same and walked, but people who ride it every day may get used to it. If more people were riding the road, the drivers would also get used to it.
That is the kind of traffic I have to deal with in the morning. It is DARK, I have to take the full lane, and just like in the video, those cars are moving at 50mph+. That is why I run BRIGHT LIGHTS. Some say they are blinding, sheesh.. The phone-talking drivers and just plain non-seeing drivers need SOMETHING to draw their attention, and from what I see BRIGHT LIGHTS draws attention big time...
