I cleaned my cassette, chain, chainrings, and derailleurs, and lubed everything that needed to be lubed, but my bike still makes more noise than my friend's bike, which hasn't been cleaned for like a month.

I don't know what's going on, every time I go above 20 miles on the large chain ring, there's this whirring/grinding sound. Is this normal? I noticed this when my friend and I were riding alongside each other and he asked me, why the hell is your bike so noisy . . . How can I make my bike silent?
