10 miles this morning.
My new short crank was good.
My starts were all smooth.
Hip pain was manageable, in fact, I'm thinking that riding the recumbent is the best therapy I've tried.
Speed was satisfactory for such a long lay off.
I definitely wasn't pooped after 10 miles but I decided to leave something in the tank for tomorrow.
All-in-all, it was an uneventful ride. Sometimes uneventful is good.
