To me NOS is always extra cool. If you really want it, I don't think that's an completely unreasonable price. High but not insane. If you are planning to flip the bike, no way.

Keep in mind that a ~30 year old NOS bike will need to have all the bearings re-greased before you ride it a mile or you'll almost certainly destroy them.
