Okay, I found it!

They were sold as Campagnolo Old Record Alloy replacement pads. I intended to use them on my chorus monoplanar brakes on another bike but they didn't fit, so they languished in my parts bin for a few months, until I noticed how similar the shape was to my 7400 pads. The pads installed in DA 7400 shoes above are the same as what's in the ebay link below. New parts, plenty in stock. Best part? $10.49 plus shipping.
