crappy day. worked my butt off in the 45+....in every break and then we stuck one on lap 3 for good. Bridged like hell to get to it since my teammate was in it. Too large though. Ten strong with guys sitting on. A ton of wind. Gaps kept opening. One of the hanger ons got off, then another guy bridged. Couldn't organize the chase and I wasn't sure I could bridge before we hit the wind. My teammate buried himself but it wasn't enough. Won the sprint for 3rd. In the could have should have would have cool down I managed to miss the 35+ start not knowing they sent them off 5 minutes after the women. So did the 50 mile 1,2,3 until the bloated break got to like a minute (about 35 miles in) and then went home. Rolling out and getting ready to race in central park tomorrow morning, despite swearing it off for the year.

Plus <substructure content> my Sister in Law is mad at my Ex over something really dumb <41 content> the loaning of a bicycle for a tri. I tried to mend the fences but it seems to no avail. Meh.
