I blame this crap on kids growing up with Instant Messaging and general lazyness. AOL'ese is a hybrid of "1337" (read hacker language) and abbreviations devised by slow typists to keep up with real time chat sessions. (Or those trying to type one-handed for some odd reason) It doesn't belong here where you have all the time you need to type out a understandable, intelligent looking response.

This forum is visited by THOUSANDS of people a day. Some are members, MOST of them are guests who are looking for someplace where they can ask a question and get an intelligent response. "I wud get dat b4 u 4get or ur gunna be srry thx" Is NOT an intelligent looking response no matter how correct the information (once translated) is.

You want others to respect your opinions? Type them so anyone can read them not just "ur homies" I don't expect perfect spelling and grammar. Hell half the time I ignore people who can't capitalize (that irks me too).

I hope this clarifies my postion for some of the newer people.
