I had the same problem with Omniums on my Kagero. The first set was really bad(I think there was actually a problem with how much material was on the back of one of the arms), but the second set was pretty close. I filed a fair amount of material off(by no means unsafe), and they fit great now. In hindsight though, I probably should have just kept the S300's I was running before since I never had any problems with them.
