I like dedhed's list but would add a file or Dremel wheel for facing cable housing ends flat.
Proper ferrules for brake and shifter housings.
Inexpensive torque wrench, essential for carbon components.
Pedal wrench and stainless pedal washers.
Spoke wrench.
A third hand tool is nice if you are working alone.
Oil for derailleurs and such.
