Does the shrink tubing need to be the exact length of the cable or just slightly short. In other words does the cable slip through the tubing or does the tubing stick to the cable?
.. it is Heat shrink tube, so if you don't heat it it wont shrink,
but dependent on the type and size
how much it shrinks is a variable.. 25% shrink is common..
Id say it would not pass inside the other housing liner.
the teflon type housing liner tube , is not a heat shrink material.
