Bikes: 2001 Tommasini Sintesi w/ Campagnolo Daytona 10 Speed

1. Have the rear wheel dish checked, and corrected if necessary.
2. With the rear wheel properly dished, install centered between the stays.
3. Align the derailleur hanger against the properly dished rear wheel.

If noise continues, also consider that the wheel may be a tad to far forward. On my Tommasini, once I adjusted the dropout adjusters and allowed the wheel to slide back 2-3 millimeters, the slight drive train noise I had disappeared. Others will probably suggest the "b" screw adjustment...

All of the above assume that you're telling the truth about the cassette, chain and derailleur condition...
