Update - still doing a lot of resistive exercises and other exercises. For example,
150 pushups today (3 x 50)
80 dips
2 minute planks ad 30 second side planks
rode to pool, swam, rode back
continued stretching
mucho back and chest exercises.
It is neat that, at 72, I can still see and feel improvement. The interesting thing is that I never get any pains or strains or discomfort, no matter how hard I push it. Interesting.
While riding, my main concern is to not irritate my left hip, so I just take it easy and relax.
