Bikes: Catrike 559 I own some others but they don't get ridden very much.

That's a lot of difference. You're going to stress the welds at the brake and chainstay bridges. The tubes will get bent enough to notice at those points too.

On the other hand, what's the value of an old steel roadbike frame with 120mm spacing? It doesn't look to me like you've got much to lose. I say go for it.
