He didn't say he felt it, he said he heard it. I heard my headset clicking too, and I could have sworn it was coming from the bb, pedal or crank on the right side. Anyway, just throwing out possibilities. The freehub would certainly be possible too. In years of experience troubleshooting computer problems, as well as mechanical issues, it seems problems that arise are quite often a result of something that was recently changed. Not always, but often.
