Coming along very nicely. Two comments...flip the front wheel around (the way you first had it) and drop kick the other generators into the spares bin. Put a voltmeter on the hub leads and see what you get. There's a lot of working dyno hubs around and you can easily swap the innards from a working model into that sweet bakelite hub that you have.
