My wife is in the habit of sleeping in on Saturdays and then making a large breakfast that is ready right when I get back from my ride. Waffles, eggs, fruit, coffee & BACON! I don't over indulge and it really hits the spot.
The problem is that now nearing the end of any 3.5+ hour ride I start to crave bacon. It's to the point where I'm going to try and pack some sort of bacon sandwich to take with me. Anyone have some recipe ideas?
