A Colnago with chrome plated head tube lugs, and an extra or two. My opinion would be the price is in the range I would be willing to pay, assuming that there is no structural damage to the frame (not bent, rusted, cracked or dented). You might want to go and haggle a bit. I would certainly give it a try, were I there.
