Could definitely use a second opinion or two

eBay Item Item #: 280860701342

Ok. So I've been in the market for a vintage steel frame for some time now. I found this one and it seems to fit my needs perfectly. It's my size. I really like the color. De rosa is a very reputable company for such products. Only issue I have is the price/condition ratio. Obviously I can't afford to purchase one Rhys been wrapped in a by for thirty years at showroom quality. If you look at the photobucket though, you'll notice some bare spots on the chainstays and what appears to be a bent one. Also the pantograph on the top right if the fork is botched. I was thinking the price was a little steep considering said factors, but who am I. So, Here I am again asking for some expert opininons. Lemme know what you guys think.
