I'm pushing 60 with a touch of BPH. 2 hours is my limit w/o a pee break, and less if I'm riding into the wind.
Stand up on a downhill, hike the shorts on one leg, and go for it. That's the triathlon technique. And don't ride downwind and behind a female on a downhill. Which explains why I have a four minute transition time, or longer.
