These panniers always come up when people are looking to get on the road cheaply. They're not the waterproof version. I think the capacity is slightly less than standard Ortleibs, but still decent sized. I picked them up on sale last year and used them for some overnights and a short tour. I'm sure they lack the quality of the more expensive sets, but they get the job done for me. I run them front and back when I need the space, and for $20/set, I'm happy with them.
