Had an incident with jammed derailleur/broken spoke on one of my 45 mile ride back commute... which sucked, also had to reduce the stress level to get ready for the big century on tomorrow. Working from home today and going out shortly for that... Don't think I had this low commuting mile in a week for quite some time! TSB of +15? Just wow!
