Judging by the amount of seatpost showing, it's too big for you. I'd exchange for a smaller one, probably one size smaller. Your LBS should be able to help you get the right fit.
EDIT: Just saw you bought it online. You should be able to get it to work if exchange is not possible. Looks pretty close to your size.
Is the seat supposed to be higher? What about the forward lean? I feel like I'm reaching out too far.
