I'm glad you were able to get the single 27T. I hope you have a spare 10-speed spacer to go between the 25 and the new 27T cogs.

For me, I would miss that 16T cog a lot and I find the bigger gaps at the large cog end a lot more tolerable. I once made a 9-speed 13x27 cassette (no it isn't a standard) by dropping the 12 and 13T first two cogs, substituting a 13T first position cog and adding a single 16T. I went out of my way to get that 16T and have no use for the 12T.
