its quite a strange notion that discussing the merits of individual states' traffic regulations, and what they require of bicyclists would ever be called trolling at a bicycle forum.
Consideration of how different states regulate bike traffic can help american bicyclists consider what constitutes good laws for bicyclists.
For example: Colorado, Texas and California - good laws for bicyclists. These states explicitly allow riders to take the lane in many circumstances.
Arkansas and Kentucky - not so much. NO explicit allowances for riders to 'take the lane.'
