Close, but not quite. I had set a budget of $2500, she doesn't ride but wants to. She said, "what if, instead of you taking $2500 from your money for one bike, we take $2500 from our money, get you a $1500 bike, me a $500 bike, and get upgrades/locks and lights with the other $500?" Did I mention that she suggested we get married in my favorite comic book store? Yeah, she isn't too bad.
