When I ride in Illinois, I need to cover about 200 miles of road to total that much vertical.
Repeated yesterdays ride today and knocked 8 minutes off the time. Weather was partly cloudy and between 77 to 84F! Had a little cramping in my calves today. It felt good to ignore the pain and just keep riding.
