Motorists complain about incipient head-ons; cyclists complain about too little clearance and about being cut off by a too-early motorist return. A condition which produces these results is a traffic problem, which is what I wrote it is.
And I'll repeat -- as far as 'traffic problems' go, this one is relatively insignificant.
