Remember that most (if not all) Origin8 products "originate" from some other manufacturer who rebrands them with the 8-logo and repackages them under the Origin8 name. So blaming the whole Origin8 product line for one bad item is painting with a pretty broad brush. The item in question could have come from anyone/anywhere in the entire bicycle component industry.
