That is a great looking Sport SS but I agree it is closer to a $250 bike and 450 is just nuts I think that is more than it sold for new. It might not be a Bianchi but for 450 you should be able to get index shifing or maybe even brifters.
Actually for $450+ shipping and some elbow grease you can have a brand new bikes direct bike.
