another weight thread

Hi, I've recently got into mountain biking and have done about 24 miles this week.

I'm 5"11 and weigh in at about 150ish lbs. I'm a bit concerned I might start loosing weight.

Any tips out there? (aside from eating a gallon of ice cream every day)
