Flat top fork crown, above the BB derailleur cable guides, exposed brake caliper mounting nuts, single water bottle mount(?) long horizontal slot rear dropouts(?), non brazed on top tube cable guides(?).....will point it towards an early to mid 70's era bike. I think most of the things I mentioned apply to this bike.
