I have a 600EX (6207 GS) on my Trek, but that's not index capable is it?

I think some Shimano BS50/64 bar end shifters and a Compatible rear derailluer is worth trying first. Needs to work with 28t cog, so long cage (GS) right? WTB post incoming....

Some clicky bar ends and gum hooded Cane Creek/Tektro levers would do the trick for cheap. Thanks for the input!
