I look on eBay / CL every day just trying to learn more about the original-type De Rosa bikes but there just isn't much happening..they are very few and far between it seems.

This one looks very nice, but may be overpriced. I paid quite a bit less for mine with original paint / decals and mostly original componentry (Campy NR/SR, 3ttt, down to the Selle Royal CX saddle..). It's a 1977 or 1978, though..and very similar to the bike Picchio Special had with the fluted seat stay caps - even more rare I believe.
