I can certainly try. Haven't sat on the thing for 2 1/2 months, it's driving me nuts.

I actually had the tightness behind my knee and the sides prior to road biking, as I play softball and have encountered it before. But after biking, it obviously got much worse. But the big issue for me now, is the kneecap. Constant popping, constant inflammation. Some days are great, others I'm hobbling around. PT basically pointed out how easily she can move my right patella, but my left is as stiff as a board. The oddest thing is, my inflammation is never just in one spot. This morning it could be lower inside. By afternoon it would be outside only, up top, etc.

I'm also thinking that once things get better, I'll get fitted once again to minimize any risk of causing additional injury.
