It's my first SS so not really sure what the gain ration I should go with. I live right next to the Colorado front range so plenty of hills.

I have been using Avid Juicy 3's on my Rockhopper Pro and they have worked well with everything I've thrown at them, but it would be nice to have a bike with a higher quality brake... maybe then I'll know the ignorance of my ways
