I've had like three or four of these bikes in the past (flippers) they never sold untill I FG/SSed 'em, then they flew right out the door!
Reason is they look very clean and classy (when set up as a FG/SS) due to the lack of braze-ons on the top tube, the stainless main tubes helped too! ;0) Sorry I can't help you with your question
