Definitely going to start with the 32/21.

Need a little sanity check on the brake adapters now. The Hope brakes are PM and the CroMoto Grande and Surly Monkey are IS. For the fork I would need to get 183mm/ 74mm PM to 51mm IS Fork adapter. On the rear I would need 180mm front/160mm rear 74mm PM to 51mm IS adapter.

I'll probably go FSA XC 180 flat bar. Now just need to figure out what stem length I need and a saddle. Thanks for the help.
