Weekend rider
Hello all,
So, I got back into riding on Thanksgiving, 2009, on a Nishiki Sport I've had since I was 14. Suffice to say I work with people younger than that bike. Finally a for Christmas last year I upgraded to a Pinarello ROKH, and it's been a dream bicycle for me. I'm doing my second century next weekend (Tour de Cure Ship to Shore in Long Beach), after completing the Solvang Century earlier this year.
My wife and I have a Raleigh Sport Comfort tandem we've had a few years but hardly rode, so I'm trying to get her into riding with the tandem. She's really enjoying it, so a nicer lighter tandem may be in our future. Glad to have found BikeForums!
