The girlfriend and I started on the Cambridge Diet on Jan. 2nd this year. We have both lost just short of 4 stone. That's 56lb's for anyone not used to the English stones. I think I've uploaded my Excel graph of my weight loss from my home weight check. My initial weight with our consultant was 5lb heavier than on this chart but only 2lb heavier on Saturday morning. The pink and yellow lines are my interim and final targets. The dashed red line is my predicted weight loss patter. I'm on track for my 2nd target in the next 2 weeks. Already at BMI of 25
