Ok, two more cents for you. Like has been mentioned, seats with a-lot of padding are notorious for your problem. However, the bottom line is you're getting too much pressure in the wrong place. Tipping the seat forward to where it is level might help.

IMHO the problem is usually that the handlebars are two low for the rider or the rider just has bad bike posture. At some point with progressively lower handlebars your hips start to roll forward. As your hips roll forward the weight shifts forward to a part of the anatomy that is ill suited to support it.

Try consciously forcing your hips to not roll forward. Depending on your handlebar position and flexibility this may or may not be possible. Lowering the seat will reduce the need for flexibility to get a better angle but you really shouldn't be setting seat height based on this problem.
